Artifact Donor Form

The International Mermaid Museum accepts donations of artifacts and archival material for their collection. Each donation has to be reviewed and approved by the museum curator or a committee of the Board of Directors.

If you have an item for possible donation, please fill out the form below and someone will contact you shortly about the next possible steps.

Please note, the International Mermaid Museum does not accept artifacts for loan, but only full donation. Artifacts accepted into the collection are not guaranteed to be on display.

We are holding a fundraiser selling commemorative bricks, blocks, and benches. They surround a roadside attraction mermaid sculpture. This is the perfect lasting gift to give during the holidays to family and friends of all ages, as well as a great way to memorialize those we have lost.

The International Mermaid Museum is dedicated to teaching ocean ecology from seashore to sea floor immersed in mermaid mythology. It is a registered non-profit organization so your gift is tax deductible. To learn more about the museum go to www.mermaidmuseum.org.
